We are hiring for MNC Company in Customer Service Management role for Gurgaon location. Kindly go through the below selection process for hiring.

 

Process: Customer Service Management

MNC Company (full time role)

 

Freshers:

Qualification: Any fresh Graduates with full Documents

Year: 2021/2022/2023

Shifts: Flexible to any shifts/Rotational shifts

Job Location :  MNC Company - Gurgaon Sector Office

Cab: Two-way cab facility (with in 35KM range)

Salary 3.30L

 

(Mandatory Document):

SSC, Intermediate (PUC), Graduation Consolidated Marks sheet/Semester wise

marks sheets + PC/Convocation certificate + Pan card + Aadhar card + Vaccine Certificate

 

Selection Process:

1. HR Interview.
 

2. Post the HR screening test the candidates will go through 2 weeks of  Voice training and  2 Assessments

     ( Written and Verbal). Candidates can take the assessment through phone as well. 

 

3. Post clearing the assessment they have to go through the final Ops round. 

 

4. Post training Final Assessment will be in MNC Company - Gurgaon Sector Office (F2F).

 

Final selects will get the offer letter from MNC Company and on boarding.
