1. Worked on at least 1 SPM/ITBM Implementation project and has knowledge of ITSM and ITBM Processes including but not limited to Cost Plan/Cost Plan breakdown, EAC/ETC Calculations, Demand Workbench, Demand->Project processes as a Business Analyst
2. Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3, and Risk/Compliance process
3. Around 5 years of working in ServiceNow Projects as a Business Analyst and working on Requirements Gathering, Agile/Sprint Planning, Demos
4. Process understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management
5. Worked on Project Estimations and Manage Agile Releases
6 Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas of improvement.
7. Create and maintain process and system documentation.
8. Monitor and respond to user inquiries regarding system issues and requirements.
9. Develop use cases, business process models, and diagrams.
10. Support the development team through system design, development, and implementation.
11. Develop training materials and provide training to users.
12. Evaluate and recommend technologies that can support business needs.
