Job Overview

A creative and detail-oriented individual work as a Social Media Assistant.  Should be passionate about social media, possess strong communication skills and be familiar with various platforms. This role involves content creation, community engagement and assisting in overall social media strategy.

Job Profile

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content.
• Monitor social media platforms for industry trends and competitor activity.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics using relevant tools.
• Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and trends.

Skills

• Proven experience or coursework in social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of relevant tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Previous experience managing social media for a business or organization.
• Basic understanding of analytics and social media advertising.
