Head - Insurance (Life Insurance & General Insurance) - Agency Channel Responsibilities & Tasks Achieve Volume targets for Life Insurance and Health Insurance, against business plan & creating strategies in order to achieve the same Should have an experience of handling Sales Managers To ensure the POSP recruitment, training and skill development as a continuous piece of engagement. Ensuring smooth operational process to drive the business Engaging with all Insurance companies for best commercials for POSP products and contest and R&R for team and POSPs Eager to learn Design the manpower plan for the vertical Supporting on Joint calls in case of all deals of certain size and above. Supervise the Insurance RMs ( LI /GI ) placed in different branches and ensure implementation of the set process Should be IRDA certified Incumbent with previous experience in handling Agency Channel business in Life & General Insurance (ref:iimjobs.com)
