Job Description

Movement Handling and Line Reports, Empty Inventory, Logistics, Mnr activates.
Custom Clearance of Import & Export documents & Filed operations
Handling and setting up inventory control process and allotment procedure for CFS on behalf of MAERSK, HAPAG, OOCL, PARMA
Co-Ordinating documentation and operational activities accordingly
Export & Import movement Tracking & Conduct to Terminal & Shut out the problem.
Guide trench the junior Staff Surveyors the contract persons for better performance.
Responsibilities for the verification/execution of Import/Export documentation requirements of shipments originated to designations globally, which include letter of credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc.
Arrange details of shipments with forwarders carriers as necessary for exports.
Movement of Import/Export & liaison with transporter.
Coordinate with the finance department for relating to invoice and SSR
Monitoring placement of container, Movement of container to and from port.
Coordinate with the Contractor, CHA, Shipping line and port.
Dealing with Contractors and surveyors for smooth operations.
Zero fatality target and implement the safety rules and regulation of company & minimize the incident.
