Job Descriptions:

1. Branch Manager:

• Graduates/post-graduates with minimum 3-4 years of experience of Team handling and gold loans/financial activities will be preferred
• Manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of its branch.
• Handle all the branch level activities to ensure business growth
• Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them timely feedback on their performance.
• Should possess excellent Networking Skills, Communication skills and should be Tech Savvy
• Regular participation in Field-Marketing Sales Activities is a must
