: Operations Intern - Founder's Office Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Intern to join the Founder's Office team. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in various operational aspects of the company. As an intern, you will work closely with the founders and other team members, assisting in the execution of key projects and initiatives that drive operational efficiency, strategic planning, and business development. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the founders and team members to support day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: Conducting research and gathering data to support decision-making. Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation. Participating in meetings, taking notes, and providing follow-up on action items. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization. and implementing streamlined solutions. Assist in analyzing operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend strategies for improvement. Support the Founder's Office in coordinating and executing special projects, events, and strategic initiatives. Participate in cross-functional collaborations with various departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations to the team. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data. Proactive and resourceful problem solver with a willingness to take initiative. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Previous internship experience in operations, business development, or a related field is a plus. Duration and Compensation: This is a 3 MONTHS internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and company needs. The internship is PAID, and the intern will be eligible for ppo if applicable
