Job Description

Role: Inside Sales Executive/Specialist Take 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction and online product demonstrations. Actively build, manage, and report on sales pipeline build up using Web based CRM. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Understanding customer needs and requirements. Position Responsibilities Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound lead follow-up and emails. Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Maintain and expand your database of prospects. Perform effective online demos to prospects. Minimum Qualification Bachelor's Degree. Track record of over-achieving quota. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. Proficient with. corporate productivity and web presentation tools. Experience working with CRM and proficient in excel. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Execution Orientation: Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes. Requirements Minimum 1 year of successful inside sales experience in Logistics/IT/Software industry, preferred. Track record of over-achieving quota. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
