Urgent opening for Transport Executive

Location : Mumbai

Budget : up to 4.5 LPA

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field

Experience : 1 Years

Required skills :

• Supervise the overall maintenance, repair, and operational aspects of the company's fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and trucks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the vehicles.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient deployment of vehicles.
• Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the budget for the transport department, including maintenance costs, repairs, and procurement of spare parts.
• Identify cost-saving measures without compromising the quality and safety of the fleet.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external service providers, suppliers, and vendors for vehicle maintenance and parts procurement.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective services and quality standards.
• Ensure that all vehicles comply with local and national regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure the well-being of drivers and other road users.
