Description:
- Manage employees, and monitor activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices (Goods & Services), reimbursements, payments and payroll
- Review applicable accounting reports and AP records to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Support with setting AP process in SSC for all country units as per their respective policies and procedures and ensuring adherence to country units specific policies for processing reimbursements
- Monitor adherence to country units specific statutory requirement (e.g. Thai GAAP)
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of queries by AP team
- Maintain standard processes for AP areas within the PTP Tower and document all country specific non-standard process requirements
- Create and implement professional development plans, and takes disciplinary action, if necessary.
- Administer and enforce internal control policies, procedures and processes for the AP team to ensure all relevant compliance
- Support the annual external audit or other audit requests to provide timely and accurate information
