Job Description

:   Job Title:  Marketing Executive

Role Summary: As the Marketing executive  at Phillips Education, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the growth and visibility of our division on a global scale. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing both online and offline marketing initiatives, and will be empowered to independently strategize and make data-driven decisions. We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional who can navigate the complexities of the education industry and possess the vision to position Phillips Education as a leader in modern manufacturing education worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute innovative and comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Phillips Education's global objectives, identifying target markets, analyzing consumer insights, and assessing competition
2. Global Marketing Campaigns: Create and oversee marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, print, social media, events, and trade shows, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign implementation and driving lead generation
3. Online Marketing: Drive the digital marketing initiatives of Phillips Education, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising, staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing
4. Offline Marketing: Develop and execute offline marketing activities, such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, industry events, conferences, and sponsorships, identifying opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement in target markets
5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, analyzing data and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and identify new market opportunities
6. Global Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand presence for Phillips Education globally, establishing brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals, and monitoring brand perception and reputation
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives, providing support and materials to facilitate their efforts and ensure consistent messaging
8. Budgeting and ROI Analysis: Develop marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure effective resource allocation, measuring and analyzing the ROI of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies to maximize results and meet financial objectives
9. Team Leadership: Develop, lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success in delivering on marketing goals
