Role Description The Senior/ Lead React JS Developer will be a key member of the development team and will play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality software. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong work ethic, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Responsibilities Have an eye for building stunning websites. Work seamlessly in any IDEs like VS Code, WebStorm, etc. Work collaboratively with UX teams to build pixel perfect web pages. Participate in creative process. Thinking out of the box. Writing time efficient, space efficient and generic code. Oversee all technical challenges which might occur while development. Delivering user story development as per acceptance criteria. Preparing LLD (Low level document) on a solution or a component for better understanding to other developer. Participate in the entire application life cycle focusing on coding and debugging. Learn about new technologies and stay up to date with current best practices. Design and develop web applications using React JS, Redux, and other related technologies Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Troubleshoot and debug application issues Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality software on time Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends Mentor and guide junior developers Requirements 5+ years of experience with React JS and related technologies Decent understanding on Git, Bit Bucket. Excellent grip on React, like how react works, behind the scenes and UI thread manipulation. Person who thinks like a compiler. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Ability to resolve a real time problem through code. Familiar with Agile software development. Good understanding in JSON. Experience with Redux, Webpack, and other related libraries and tools Experience with unit testing and integration testing Experience with Git and version control Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues Strong communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Exposure to AWS services (good to have) Matured enough to consume and make API calls. Good at estimating ETA and also good at delivering by ETA. Be up for anything. A can-do attitude. Not just restricted to webapp development. What is our technology stack We have used top-notch technologies to build our product. We use react JS for web app and react native for mobile app. Both the frameworks are coded in typescript. We use AWS lambdas, ECS and API Gateway for hosting our backend services. All the services are written in Node JS/Express JS. We use wide variety of AWSservices like Dynamo DB, S3, Cognito, SNS, SQS, CloudFront, etc. We use figma for UI/UX design and wireframing.
