For more information, visit www.finagg.in Position - Sales Director SAAS Financial Institution Background: FinAGG enable purchase credit line for SME Distributor / Dealer and Retailer for Anchor. FinAGG works with most prestigious companies, Leading FMCG companies among many others. FinAGG is strategically expanding its coverage across Financial Institutions and is actively seeking candidates who have a strong experience in enhancing lender and corporate tie-ups along with financial acumen, business curiosity, adaptiveness and a global mindset. Description FinAGG is looking for a Rockstar who will lead Financial Institutional Tie-ups for Banking as a Service (BAAS) products of FinAGG. Key Responsibilities: FI BAAS Coverage Grow key partnerships. with multiple Banks, NBFCs and Fintechs in Indian Financial Ecosystem for driving BAAS sales. Manage & grow alliances with existing and prospective lending partners across multiple product lines such as buyer/supplier channel finance, supplier finance, Merchant BNPL. Complementing the Product & Technology Team for platform sales and development of customized product offerings for Banks/FIs Conduct product demo to Banks/FIs and ensuring deal closures through consistent follow ups. Negotiating commercials and finalizing contracts with the clients. Understanding the requirements of Banks/FIs and presenting it internally through clear/concise communications. Stay abreast with latest regulatory guidelines on Digital Lending and ensure growth of alliances in line with extant regulations. Who You Are Prior experience in Banks/Fintechs/NBFCs involving engagement with Senior Management of these organisations. It is essential that the candidate is an extremely professional, energetic and motivated team player who demonstrates the highest levels of integrity and honesty. Strong sales hunter skills, with the focus and drive to overcome obstacles and to advance a complex sales process. Prior experience of negotiating large strategic sales including all phases of sales development: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation and ongoing relationship management is a key requirement. Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients. The experience and temperament to work in a fast-paced technology start-up environment. Deep knowledge and understanding of financial concepts and metrics of corporate finance, profitability and working capital management. Ability to learn and absorb new products quickly and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands. Have a great executive presence and presentation skills to articulate value propositions to a wide range of organizational and functional levels. Consistently work with a collaborative, team-oriented style. Proven relationships with customers that trust your ability to bring them products that add immediate value to their organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. What You Possess Strong experience in selling technology based platforms to Banks/FIs. 5-8 years of experience in FinTECH, SaaS, Bank & NBFC Tier 1/2 MBA Excellent analytical skills Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
