Job role-Financial Controller with a leading International Interiors designer Overview: Financial Controller with a focus on Project Finance for offshore operations at Interiors designer company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial aspects of international projects, particularly in offshore locations. This role requires expertise in project finance, international financial operations, and a strategic mindset to contribute to the company's overall financial success. The Role Involves management of all Accounting and Finance Functions including all Internal Accounting Controls, Book-keeping, Management of All Accounts receivables/payables. 1-Preparation of all Financial Reports, Auditing of all Financial Records, and managing the profitability of the on-going Operations to ensure positive cash flow, liquidity and solvency. 2-Assisted by a capable, hardworking and willing to learn team of 4 (plus a very well-staffed Commercial Team who handles. pricing, billing etc), you will oversee. The accounting for all the different companies, JV's, subsidiaries (each project is accounted for and reported as a separate cost center). And will also own the payroll and company secretarial duties. The Role Primarily Involves The Following Functions 1- Manage all Accounting Internal Controls and Functions and Book-Keeping 2-Manage Costs/Budgets, and ensure accurate Cost Allocations for all Expenses 3-Financial Reporting to utmost accuracy 4-Auditing of all Financials (Internal and External) 5-Managing Profitability, Liquidity and Forecasting all Cash Flows. 6-Liaise with Banks and Authorities for extending Credit Facilities.
