Job Description

Keen focus on digital performance marketing and monitoring of advertisements and communication across channels with a focus on optimizing KPIs for branding, conversion and performance ads Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other biddable platforms. Run email marketing campaigns. User segmentation and targeting based on all available criteria on different platforms and enrichment of data sources Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, etc. and other facets of paid marketing campaigns. Create & initiate paid marketing campaigns on platforms mentioned above Run data-driven testing to determine potential. success of new channels. Work hand-in-hand with data analytics team, providing insights and optimizations for each channel - always linking initiatives back to our business goals. Breakdown cohorts and understand their retention and other behaviors (cohort analysis) What You Bring to the Table Prior Experience In Growth/marketing Optimization For An E-commerce Company/agency Knowledge of Facebook marketing, Google marketing, & other digital platforms Passionate about the fashion & apparel space Ability to analyze large and complex sets of data from multiple sources. Strategic thinker & problem solver with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives. Knowledge and proficiency in platform and channel management. Attention to details. Excellent project management skills that extend from strategy to execution. Self-starter with a drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
