Job Summary: As an HR Executive at iPromise, you will play a pivotal role in the human resources function, contributing to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Conduct Tele-calling, Scheduling, interviews, assess candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Coordinate performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
  4. HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Support the implementation of a comprehensive training and development plan for employees.
  6. Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
