Designation: Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Automation role

Exp: 5 to 18 years

CTC: Max 15 Lacs can be offered

Location: Chennai

Maintenance candidates are not suitable.

Hiring Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Automation for reputed manufacturing industry at Chennai.

Hands on experience in PLC programming, HMI Programming, Electrical standard selection etc

1. Strong knowledge and Hands on experience in Allen Bradley (Control logic, Compact logic, and SLC & Micro Logix series), Siemens (S7-300, S7-1200 & STEP5 series) and Mitsubishi (FX series and R Series) and OMRON -NX & NJ series PLCs & SCADA

2. Hands on Experience in Proface, Mitsubishi and Omron HMI Programming

3. Hands on Experience in Servo Drives/Stepper drives selection, interfacing and programing.

4. In Depth Knowledge in VFD and Servo Drive

5. Overseeing smooth functioning of Machines with respect to Designed Cycle time, Quality and Safety Requirements.

6. Handling of machine upgradation projects.

7. Knowledge and experience in Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, quality management systems, problem solving techniques.

8. Good Exposure in implementing Poke Yoke

9. Responsible for sourcing of overseas OEM/Equivalent machines and spares.

10. Strong in Electrical Engineering knowledge / Analytical skills
