Job location: MSN Corporate Office, Hyderabad, Telangana Role summary As a marketing manager focused on brand strategy and new product launches, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and product launches. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives. Role responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand identity and awareness. Create and oversee marketing plans for new product launches, from market research to post-launch analysis. Collaborate with sales to understand market needs and customer preferences, ensuring marketing efforts are customer-centric. Lead the development of marketing materials, including advertising, product collateral, and digital assets. Manage advertising and promotional budgets to optimize marketing spend. Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content marketing efforts. Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives through key performance indicators (kpis). Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on brand and product performance. Qualifications, job knowledge and skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Experience: 12-15 years of marketing experience, with a track record of success in brand strategy and new product launches
