Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Punjab, India. The Healthcare Recruiter will conduct interviews, screen resumes and work with hiring managers to ensure that Navitas Healthcare hires top-quality healthcare professionals. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will develop and implement recruiting and staffing plans and strategies, and work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and proactively seek solutions that create win-win outcomes for both candidates and clients. Qualifications Bachelor's. degree in Nursing, healthcare management, or related field. 2+ years of experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in healthcare or related industries. Knowledge of healthcare industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent in healthcare professions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients & candidates. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other recruiting technology platforms. Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Willingness to work on an on-site role in Punjab, India
