JD for Associate BA *BA profiles with US healthcare experience must** Should be able to read the high-level stories BA creates and understand the impacts to the application Need to discuss this high-level stories with business SMEs and understand what is the business ask in detail and how the functionality will be used by the end user Based upon the discussion, need to understand/ identify the upstream and downstream impacts and integration needs and should be able to drive the discussion with upstream and downstream mainly on the technical aspects (service integrations/ data mapping / translation etc.) Candidates who have worked with system integration (involving web service, data mapping etc.), UI. changes, with analytical skill combined with testing and Business Analytics skill should be considered priority. 4 . Need to finalize the technical and functional requirements , create use cases , wireframes (if needed) and groom the stories to the dev team 5 . test the critical functionalities and make sure that what business asked is implemented Support the go-live calls with defect analysis and resolution During the discussion with business the SA should be able to understand the gaps and suggest better approaches to improve the user experience and system performance Demo the functionality to business users and get sign off Interested candidates share profiles at Email: hidden_email Mobile: hidden_mobile
