Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and equipment needs. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. Become a subject matter expert on our services, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the companys products/services. addressing or predicting clients objectives. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Qualifications: Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role. Proven sales track record. Experience in customer support is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Market knowledge. Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport. Time management and planning skills
