Role Description This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager is responsible for leading and organizing the project team, tracking project progress, managing project budgets, and ensuring all deliverables meet the required specifications. The Project Manager will also work with internal and. external stakeholders to ensure that the project meets all requirements on time and within budget. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years" experience in project management in the construction or infrastructure industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of professionals. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to track project progress, manage project budgets, and meet project timelines and specifications. Experience with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet. Experience with project contracts, project planning and scheduling, and project risk management. Knowledge of construction and project management best practices, methods, and techniques. Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities. Relevant experience in Building Construction like Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Institutional, etc
