To spearhead our sales initiatives, we seek a dynamic Sales Head. Qualifications: MBA/Graduate with a minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a renowned Real Estate Company. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Marketing: Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing plans for high-end luxury residential spaces, ensuring maximum impact. 2. Sales Leadership: Demonstrate expertise in selling luxury living spaces, leading a team of dynamic sales professionals to surpass set targets. 3. Geographical Acumen: Possess knowledge of the South Gujarat's real estate landscape, with a preference for local candidates. 4. Goal-oriented Passion: Exhibit an unwavering passion for goal-setting and accomplishment. 5. Customer. Relations: Efficiently resolve customer complaints related to sales and service, fostering positive relations with internal and external stakeholders. 6. Conversion Expertise: Showcase residential properties to prospects, aligning with their investment and residential needs to convert prospects into satisfied customers. 7. Lead Management: Effectively utilize marketing-generated enquiries and generate self-leads through referrals to drive customer conversion. 8. Site Presentations: Conduct compelling site visits for prospects, addressing queries and concerns with finesse. 9. Operational Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to operational processes, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for prospects and customers at all touchpoints. 10. Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing MIS data, presenting insightful projections to the management periodically
