Team Leader (Retail Insurance) Minimum Experience: 7-8 Years Team Leading Experience: 1-3 years Industry: Life or Health Insurance Background Location : Surat Key Responsibilities : Will be responsible for the Sales target for the branch for retails business. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of tele callers ,sales professionals and support staff . Provide guidance, coaching, training to them to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets execute strategic plans of the organization to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for major clients, addressing concerns, and proactively seeking opportunities to cross sell or upsell ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability of the team Develop and implement city-specific strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Qualification & Skills : Bachelors degree in any esteem. Proven. experience in a life or health insurance sales & leadership role. knowledge of life and Health insurance products.
