The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing customer service, making reservations, and offering travel consulting and management services to clients. The Senior Travel Consultant will. also be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel plans while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills Proficiency in GDS software Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations Excellent customer service skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in the travel industry Proficient in travel management tools and systems Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and experience in managing corporate travel accounts
