Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager based in Ranchi. The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the front desk, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supervising the front office staff. Additionally, the Front Office Manager should be adept at handling guest requests, reservations, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in front office management in the hospitality industry or related field. Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of front office systems, including hotel management software and POS systems. Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Ability. to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Customer-focused and team-oriented mentality
