Job Description

Role: Events Manager - Marketing Exp: 2-5 Years with Pharma and IT Industry Responsibilities : Strategize Create an events strategy through market research [primary + secondary] that supplements our events goals. Develop an events strategy across physical + offline events. Identify partners for alliances and seed discussions for long-lasting strategic partnerships. Create and develop relationships with pharma KOLs and devise strategies for their continued engagement with i2e. Execute Responsible for events planning, creating an events calendar that standardizes and tracks activities per event. Represent i2E in all industry events self organized and third party at all sites. Execute events end-to-end by liaising with other team members, vendors and partners. Responsible for events marketing plan, partner initiation, events identification, event communication, and overall coordination for execution. Few of these activities will be in coordination with other team. members and partners. Evangelise our events on social media across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Monitor Evaluate sponsorship spends and track events per month, per quarter and present reports on outcomes. Create dashboards that capture event feedback (both qualitative & quantitative) & share inputs with content team on flowing it into our content funnel. Maintain & build relationships with alliance partners, institutions, enterprise partners and evangelize i2e.
