Job Description
- 1. Candidate sourcing- Utilize various methods to source candidates such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and industry events to build strong candidate pipeline. 2. Screening and Interviewing - Review resumes, conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews to assess candidates,qualifications,skills and suitability for the positions. 3.Understanding requirements- Collaborating with managers and understanding the requirements. 4. Negotiation and offer process- Facilitate salary negotiations and prepare offer letters.
