Job Description

HR Intern Responsibilities: Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details. Screening potential employees" resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms. Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled. Giving reminder calls to the scheduled interview candidates. Skills: Should have experience of using different job portals Graduate in HRM or past experience of internship in similar domain Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office application Budget: 10,000-15,000 PM/- Have to commute to office at least twice a month if lives nearby.
