Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive Performance Media with 2 - 3 years of expereince who will be responsible for the set up and launch of a client campaign while managing daily operations during the deployment phase. Responsibilities Work with a client brief to prepare a robust deployment plan across various platforms in the allocated budget using the expertise available in the team. Seek approval for the deployment plan from the client with the help of the Business team prior to the launch Work on an execution strategy by creating a clear structure with relevant processes and formats to ensure impact and relevant audience reach. Work closely with the partners/ platforms to ensure timely campaign set-up and smooth launch of the campaign. Manage daily operations that entails regularly tracking and reporting performance to the team and client. Review campaign performance, make optimization recommendations and ensure smooth implementation going forward. Prepare monthly. plans for an ongoing campaign on the basis of available budget and targeted reach Participate in annual meetings with clients and address queries related to the campaign health Connect with partners/ platforms on a regular basis for updates and introduction to new technology and features. Act as mentors for young professionals who are selected for OMG India Digital Bootcamp program. Qualifications Bachelors Degree and Diploma in Digital Marketing (Preferred) Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Eye for Detail and Accuracy Ability to multitask and work well under tight deadlines Strong organisational and analytical skills
