Candidates having 7 plus years of experience in HR Performance Managment System

Responsibilities:-

 Performance Management

  • Establish & regularize employee key goal setting process. 
  • Responsible for entire appraisal cycle including goal setting, mid-year review, annual review, promotion, and progression.
  • Overhauling Performance Management with continuous feedback approach
  • Drive Performance Management Process
  • Pre & post assessment survey to drive impact and reinforce high performance level
  • Drive half yearly and annual performance appraisal
