HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Mandatory skills: Unix, L3 support, Cluster, Vmware, Redhat certified added advantage.
Skills,
- Should have Sound Knowledge ofUnixsystem administration and expereince on AIX and Solaris.
- Should be strong on physical hardwares (Cisco, Dell).
- Should have Strong experience in AWS Cloud.
- Hands on experience on Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration. (version 5,6, 7 and 8) SUSE Linux 11, 12 and 15. Experience in Linux OS installation, Software and Patch management. Knowledge in AIX, Solaris, HP-ux is advantage
- Strong knowledge in LVM and Filesystems GFS, XFS, EXT, JFS
- Strong Knowledge in Pacemaker cluster and VCS
- User Management, RPM management & Kernel patch management.
- OS patching skills on UNIX (Linux or AIX)
- Should know how to debug/troubleshoot OS related issues.
- Must have experience in vcenter VMWare.
- Good knowledge about the Linux system files, boot process and Run levels.
- Kernel compilation, building, installation of a Custom Kernel, patching and fine tuning.
- Strong knowledge in RAID, Teaming and Bonding
- Should have knowledge on SAN and NAS disk management.
- Hands-on experience of system management, system setup and managing Linux servers as well as configuring them.
- Basic knowledge on scripting.
Basic knowledge on TEM
