Job Description

Job Title: Project Design Manager (Architecture & Interior)

Location: Mumbai

Experience:

Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in the field.

Qualifications:

Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (mandatory). Optional: Master's degree (2 years), Doctorate (in Architecture). No consideration for diplomas or degrees outside of the field. Mandatory registration as an Architect with a valid license.

Key Skills:

1. Design and Detailing as per brief given.

2. Knowledge of latest finishing materials understanding of building materials and construction technology.

3. Command over spoken and written English and Email drafting.

4. Ability to create detailed working drawings (dwds)/ good for construction (gfcs)

5. Experience on working on diverse projects including residential, commercial, hospitality, etc

6. Advanced comprehension of design and technical aspects related to projects.

7. Strong leadership and organizational skills.

8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

9. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3DS Max, Lumion, Adobe Suite, MS Office is an added Advantage.

10. Initiative, process innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

11. Proven ability to collaborate at different team levels and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

1. Assume a leadership role in organizing and managing personal work efforts.

2. Guide and instruct less experienced staff.

3. Collaborate with team leaders and other team members to advance the design of specific project sections.

4. Exhibit an advanced understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details, and techniques.

5. Actively seek out opportunities to contribute to projects and the overall growth of the firm.

6. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in techniques.

7. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
