Job Description

- Entire OPD & IPD Billing (Cash & Credit) - Front desk Admission and Emergency counter - Patient care support for timely admission / timely discharge - Audit & Compliance for billing SOPs - Daily collection of Cash patients - Patient counselling - Cross functional co-ordination - People management having handle team size of appx 50 members (entire OP / IP) - Credit cell monitoring Pre Auth, despatch, collection, reconciliation, deductions - Liasoning with TPA / Insurance / Corporates for billing & recovery - Ensuring accurate billing and managing the OPD & IPD flow - Setting up systems for the front office and documenting the total systems involved in the front office including admissions, OPD billing, bed management, appointment handling, reports handling and the various receptions including Triage - Responsible for Insurance queries, Pre- authorizations & Discharge. - Mentoring/training team members from different departments as per requirements. - Motivating and. encouraging employees towards building team dynamics. - Building and strengthening a team of Customer Centric people at the front end. - Providing practical and theoretical training to enhance skills & motivation levels on medical terminologies, customer requirements & HIS Required Skills: Experience from Hospital Billing Department is a must.
