Key Challenges for the role
- Sales Conversion (Explain):- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Making personalized tracking of all the sales phone calls and sales deals and taking accountability of individual customers. Follow-up and close looping
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner till payment.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis and rigorous follow-up until closure of deal.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements
- Adhering to companys shift timings, break adherence and maintaining a professional sales attire at all times
- Selling individual policies as per distance maintaining guidelines and adhering to scripts as per Risk and Legal inputs. No Mis selling Involved
- Maintain high average productivity
- Ensure healthy average call time at desired conversion percentage
- Managing communication to customer i.e. misinformation about the product/mis selling
- Objection Handling
o Meet monthly, Quarterly and Annual topline targets.
o Maintain the desired product mix.
- Achieve desired conversion ratios per leads assigned
- Maintain a tracker of various calls and report on daily basis. Ensure accurate records are accurately updated
- Use of digital tools like Sales application to achieve the organization objective of maximum digitization.
- Compliance to distance marketing and other regulatory guidelines.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer support/success, sales, business development or account management.
Productivity: - 50 Calls a day
Conversion: Target based
Quality 90%

Experience: 2 to 4yrs
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Job Location: Thane Location (Pick up and drop facility will be provided from Thane station)
