Negotiate on Salary aspects. Pre & post recruitment documentation Must have used resourcing strategies such as Job portals, Social networking sites, references, etc. Sourcing candidates through most cost effective sources. Ability to turn offer into joining & Closing with in the given period of time. Maintain database of candidates appearing for the recruiting process in excel sheet. Very Good Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills. Update work reports on daily basis. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Handling Employee Exit procedures.
