DesignBoxed is seeking to hire an experienced Online bidder/Business development Manager who has a strong ability to quickly gauge the key strengths of our organisation, and the aptitude for bidding the right type of projects, understanding a prospective client's requirements, and writing effective proposals (towards offering solutions in line with the company's strong points).

Desired Candidate Should be


1. Up-to-date, thorough knowledge of global online marketplace - Upwork, Freelancer, Guru etc.

2. Proficient at bidding/lead generation, negotiation and budget finalisation

3. Strong ability to analyse project requirements and draft/write effective proposals

4. Knows to close a deal only after understanding client requirements in entirety and logically assessing the feasibility of project terms and conditions for the organisation

5. Ability to build and maintain client relationships - client handling, interaction and consistent follow-up

6. Should liaison with the right teams, explaining the specifications to the team leader and ensuring a communication link between the team and client on queries or anything that demands attention

7. Proactive communicator, ensuring all teams involved in a project are kept in loop for status updates.

8. Maintain continuous tabs on a project's progress and deliveries throughout the sales cycle right from bidding, keeping the timelines in mind and seeing the project through with positive takeaways

9. Ensure smooth closure of projects, amplifying chances of repeat projects from satisfied clients

10. Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives and building long-term relationships

11. Meeting financial targets (Monthly/quarterly/Annually) with thorough focus on maintaining profitability

Requirements

1. Proven working experience as an Online Bidder with thorough platform knowledge

2. Must be self- motivated, disciplined, willing to work as per the clients' time zone and project demands

3. Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to draft effective proposals and business presentations

4. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport

5. Time management and planning skills: Penchant for meeting deadlines, which is vital for maintaining the credibility we enjoy in the outside world

6. Must be a strong team player and thorough professional

Thorough/Fair knowledge of digital marketing industry and content production will be an added benefit

7. Knowledge of building a regular audit system to gauge- quality of delivery and profitability of the projects
