Role Description We are hiring for a full-time Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience who is immediately available and can join us in Hyderabad. This is a hybrid role and some work from home is acceptable. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex, highly distributed, and concurrent software. systems. You will be a key contributor in an international team of engineers, ensuring that our software products and services are built to the highest standards for performance, reliability, and maintainability. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in Java backend development Expertise in Java8+, Microservices,Spring, Spring Boot, Kubernetes Experience with software performance, scalability, and reliability optimization Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure would be an advantage Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
