Team Leader/ Team Manager (Day & Night Shifts)- Urgent Hiring
Must have laptop/ Desktop with reliable internet connection
Preferred Male candidate.
Required minimum 1+ years of experience as Team Leader on Papers.
Must have worked in International Process (Voice+Email will be advantage)
Roles & Responsibilities
Must have Experience in Team Drive.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge.
Proficient in Written and Verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in E commerce platform is highly preferable.
Handling Client complaints , identify customer needs with Quick response time.
Applicants should possess strong Email handling skills & Good convincing skills
Should be able to apply analytical Skills
Ensures Prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating /engaging others in the organisation to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
Ability to divide tasks & get it completed in TAT.
