Manager - Talent Acquisition (Education Industry) CTC - Rs. 8 lacs per annum - 10 lacs per annum Responsibilities: Determine Current & Future Staffing needs in coordination with different School Heads Develop strategies and hiring plans for ensuring quality candidates and hiring in time Lead Employment branding initiatives Perform sourcing to fill positions Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience Assist in employee retention and development Supervise and manage a team of recruiters & executives based at HO as well as different regions. Organize annual recruitment drives across various schools to fulfil New Academic Year requirements. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement Support department by providing support. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Manager in the Education Industry. Experience in full-cycle. recruiting, sourcing and employment branding Understanding of all selection methods and techniques Proficient in the use of different sourcing methods including Job Portals, References, Social Media and Consultants. Work with Business Heads to understand the duties and competencies of different roles Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases Excellent communication.
