Job Description

Overview A Global MNC has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative , primarily responsible for handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions for customers, and following up to resolve any issues their customers experience . The ideal candidate will be customer focused, action oriented, approachable and patient. This position will be based in Ghatkopar West in Mumbai , India Responsibilities Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers, acting as a liaison between the customers and the Company while proactively engaging with customers using phone, email, web conferencing Work with departments to resolve complaints and coordinate on sales invoices, providing status report to clients Actively utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to record activities while ensuring that the contact details are accurate, duplicates are removed and accurate call / visit logs are. entered Provide complaints resolution and manage relationships effectively , reducing turn around time Build and maintain a working knowledge of Company's service offerings; participating in training / coaching opportunities Skills / Qualifications 3-5 years of customer service experience required for this role Able to effectively handle complaints from customers hailing from technical engineering back ground Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer quotes / contracts, marketing materials, and customer testing specifications and able to write routine reports and correspondence and ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and proportions and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry and able to solve practical customer problems by interpreting variety of instructions, data and details furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements desired along with ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities Well-developed oral and written communication , able to interface with clients and win new work
