Dev Storage:Understanding of firewall /NSG Understanding of Cloud computing as well as PaaS.
Dev Dev:ARM(Policy, Terraform, Blueprints), Azure cloud service, Azure Batch, APIM.
Proficiency in handling rest APIs and relative tool (Postman, fiddler).
Strong Troubleshooting and Debugging skills is highly recommended.
Proven ability to analyze the problem, root cause and handle the escalated.
Prior experience in customer handling via voice, chat and Email.
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and Written (Must)
Positive Attitude towards solving issues and willingness/ ability to learn and take challenging opportunity.
To provide support to customers on 24X7 rotational shift basis.
*Good to have Az-900 Microsoft and ITIL certification.
