Role Description & Responsibilities: As a Graphic Designer at Growlity, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand and sustainability initiatives to life through visually compelling designs. Your responsibilities will include: Creative Design: Develop visually stunning and impactful designs for a variety of digital and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and conveying complex sustainability concepts in an engaging manner. Software Proficiency: Utilize your expertise in design software, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, to create high-quality graphics and layouts that resonate with our target audience. Portfolio Showcase: Showcase your talent through a strong portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of creative projects. Your portfolio should reflect your ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. Qualifications Expertise in graphics, graphic design, and typography skills Experience in creating logos and branding Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Strong design sense and understanding of design principles Experience with both print and digital design projects Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
