Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Advisory Lead to oversee the management and implementation of a large-scale engineering project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry and be able to manage and direct a team of engineers, architects, and construction workers. The Construction Advisory Lead will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Type of contract Permanent Grade Director Area of Expertise Cities Region Middle East, India and Asia Office / Project Location Riyadh Ref No 6949 What will be my responsibilities Oversee the implementation of a large-scale engineering project, from planning to completion Manage and direct a team of consultants, engineers, architects, and construction workers Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality Manage project. resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met Review and approve project designs and plans Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets the required standards Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management Resolve project-related issues and conflicts What skill set will I need to be successful Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Significant experience in delivering multi-asset projects in the Middle East in the construction industry in a leadership role Experience in managing large-scale engineering projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Familiarity with project management software Ability to travel to project sites as required A place for everyone Buro Happold values individual's flexible approaches to working patterns as an important part of the way you work and achieve balance.
