Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Kanpur at Nida Tanners. As a Merchandiser, you will handle the planning and execution of a range of activities related to buying, selling, and promoting products to achieve business objectives. You will work in collaboration with teams, including production, sales, marketing, designers, and vendors, to ensure that the products are profitable and appealing to customers. You will also communicate with suppliers and factories to execute production requirements and ensure timely delivery of merchandise. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field Experience in product development and production process in the fashion or lifestyle industry Ability to analyze sales trends and plan inventory according to customer demand Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with attention to. detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software Demonstrated knowledge of fabrics, trims, printing, and dye techniques Familiarity with the latest fashion trends and styles Knowledge of social compliance standards and regulations
