Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performance team of Branch Managers and Relationship Officers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and expand the customer base in the designated area.
- Identify new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Implement robust risk assessment processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks to safeguard the organization's interests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their financial needs effectively.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of branches in the assigned area, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies.
- Implement process improvements for enhanced operational effectiveness.
