Key responsibilities Developing and executing comprehensive and effective digital marketing strategies for the company Developing and executing brand strategy for the company and working in coordination with the brand agency to ensure implementation Developing and executing digital distribution strategies for the company Developing and executing B2B/B2C strategies Developing creative and accurate marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations and other material for the company Working in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams and help execute various sales and marketing strategies or campaigns Developing the strategy for online and offline marketing initiatives viz. integrating online and new media, web analytics, e-mail marketing, direct mailers, social media, company websites, brand awareness, and drip marketing initiatives Skill set and attributes Good understanding of segmentation, market sizing, channel development, and management Good understanding. of B2B, B2C, sales, presentations, branding, and digital marketing (desirable) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Strong soft skills including interpersonal skills and team skills Strong, concise and efficient written and oral communication skills Punctual and accountable Education: Any graduate/post-graduate degree from a recognized institution, desirably a MBA in Marketing Experience: 3-5 years experience in PEB/ Puff Panels / Building materials/ Engineering products/ Steel.
