We are looking for Oracle System Administrator and Support Analyst to join our growing team in India. Primary point of contact for internal staff Manage the day-to-day Oracle Support for global users including Oracle applications, system security, licenses, and compliance. administration. Provide 1st level Functional Support to users on Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, & CE) and Distribution (PO & INV, Project Costing, HCM, Absences, and Expenses Modules on issues and inquiries. Investigate, analyze, and provide technical solutions to issues and inquiries. Escalate issues by creating a Service Request (SR) to Oracle Support and monitoring the SR for updates of patches or fixes to be applied. Communicate with users providing progress of the issues and inquiries. Perform the role of an Oracle System Administrator. Duties include user setup, responsibilities assignment, menu creation, and monitoring schedule and workflow approval processes. Support internal IT and business-required financial audits as required. Carry out configuration changes and system maintenance for all functions such as module setups, revaluation, validation and security rules, AGIS setup, taxes, etc. Update system documentation for new processes or process changes related to Oracle Fusion applications and functions. Prepare training documentation and step-by-step guides to support business procedures and processes. Conduct Oracle training when required. Provide Technical Support on data uploading, application of data fixes, and data queries and extraction using Oracle SQL. Analyze requests for enhancement/changes and write amendment/program specifications. Prepare and provide functional specifications for new custom reports. Promote continuous improvement and proactively identify opportunities for system and process enhancement. Competency / Performance Drivers: Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent. An energetic, positive, and professional attitude with attention to detail. Strong vendor management, internal customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to articulate issues and document business requirements. Minimum 3 years working experience in Cloud Oracle Fusion ERP application. Have full knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, Project, HCM, and Distribution Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Purchasing, Inventory Project Costing, Global HCM, Expenses, and Absences). Preferably 2 complete full life cycle implementation experience in the Oracle Fusion application track. Strong hands-on programming concepts, analytical skills & and knowledge in OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SQL, and PL SQL.
