• & Develop strong dealer network across assigned Area.&

• & Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational goals; analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.

• & Preparation of monthly/ yearly sales projections, targets based on market scenario and scope, employee and dealers strength etc.; build good relationships with potential and existing Buyers, dealers.

• & Responsible for achievement of AOP & Market Share.

• & Responsible for implementation of Micro Planning which includes channel development, marketing activities e.g. Farmer meetings exposure visits, product campaigns etc.

• & Responsible for overall team management, administration, coordination and market development.

• & Competitor Business analysis & model in the said territory

• & Liaison with Govt. & bank officials.

• & Concept selling among institutional clients, co-operative societies & governmental machinery, educating, sensitizing them& - Developing key institutional clients with special reference to influencing apex level government officials in state & centre / nodal agencies etc. wrt Greenhouse projects, creating awareness wrt& issues & Essen s solutions through respective technology / products / services, creating government opinion in favor of EML.&&&

• & Conduct explanatory meetings with potential clients; enhance awareness and acceptance level of Sunccol s business solutions in respective segments.

• & Continuously improve sales performance through defining and refining best practices. Lead by example by affecting direct sales!

• & Be available to travel frequently to territories to support Dealers/ Fabricators /field work.

• & Coordinate with Head office to ensure for smooth execution of sales , required materials and information to promote the company s products and services are available
