We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Associate Production Chemist. Job Responsibilities: Maintaining Analytical Lab: Ensure the proper functioning and organization of the analytical laboratory. Oversee equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Quality Testing of Products: Conduct regular quality tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Implement and adhere to quality control procedures. Supervision and Management of Production Unit: Lead a team in executing manufacturing procedures efficiently. Direct workers and supervisors in accordance with established processes. Coordination with QA and. QC Team: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure high-quality production. Address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Technical Support: Provide technical support on manufacturing processes and machine operations. Maintain accurate records related to production activities. Follow Master Formula Record: Adhere to Master Formula Records to ensure consistent and high-quality product manufacturing. Implement best practices for product formulation. Work in a GMP Environment: Operate within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and WHO GMP norms. Compliance with Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at each stage of the production process. Stay updated on industry regulations and incorporate changes as needed. Documentation: Maintain manufacturing records, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and other regulatory documentation. Uphold proper documentation practices to facilitate audits and inspections. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Technology, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and team management skills.
